Adaptive Progressive Dialler systems are used by both formal and informal telesales teams that use “off-the-shelf” CRM applications like ACT!, GoldMine and Salesforce to keep in touch with customers. Adaptive Desktop SMS is often used to arrange and confirm appointments, keep in touch with field based staff and to deliver SMS marketing campaigns.

Adaptive Call Recording solutions protect your company, your customers and your staff. By recording all telephone calls you know exactly what was said, by whom and when. This means that you can settle queries and disputes based on the facts of the case. Reviewing recorded calls is a great way of providing feedback and training to your team, which leads to better productivity and improved customer service.

  • Adaptive CTI Professional
    Adaptive CTI Professional is a fully featured CTI product.  Key features include a company contact list with the ability to collect data from CSV files or SQL databases and auto update details so that the caller’s latest information is always displayed onscreen; ability to schedule call-backs for users and teams; screen-pops for popular products including, ACT! GoldMine, Maximizer, MS Outlook, MS CRM and Salesforce.com; a Keystroke Macro Editor to enable screen-popping of any database that can be navigated from the computer keyboard and a comprehensive developers toolkit so that developers can create fully integrated CTI applications.
  • Adaptive Desktop SMS
    Adaptive Desktop SMS enables users to send and receive SMS TXT messages from their PC to mobile phones.  Key features include Grab and SMS; insert standard paragraphs; schedule message delivery time and bulk send the same message to many mobile phones at the same time. Adaptive Desktop SMS also includes a comprehensive message database so that you can track and report on all message and user activity.

    Adaptive Desktop SMS can send messages using an SMS Gateway Service or can send and receive messages using up to eight GSM Modems.
  • Adaptive Call Recorder
    The Adaptive Call Recorder records all telephone calls that are made and received on ISDN telephone lines.  Recordings are stored on a central PC and can be searched for and replayed. 

    The Adaptive Call Recorder is supplied with five Adaptive Management Consoles.  This means that recordings can be searched for and replayed on up to five client computers at the same time. The functionality of the recorder depends on the software level chosen, as described below:

  • Adaptive Progressive Dialler
    Adaptive Progressive Dialler provides the ability to automate outbound dialling.  A Progressive dialler uses the phone on the user’s desk to initiate the call.  This means that every call is fully attended by the user and there is zero chance of a “silent call”. This type of dialler is typically used when calling businesses and to numbers where there is a high likelihood of calls being answered. 

    The Adaptive Progressive Dialler includes Adaptive CTI Professional and can be used with common CRM systems like GoldMine and Salesforce.com, with call centre applications including CallScripter and with any other database that can be navigated using the computer keyboard. 

    Data can be imported into the Adaptive Progressive Dialler using CSV files or automatically (and scheduled) using SQL or other ODBC compliant databases. A comprehensive Management Console is also included.
